Diablo 2 rollback fixed?

Blizzard seems to have solved a few minutes before rolling back into Diablo 2. The servers run stable again and there are no degrees available rollbacks more.
The trigger was a public cheat method could be repeated with some of the scammers their rune words (or Rune quest) repeatedly until the desired result.
