Bashiok has added Sticky Battle.net to patch 1.13 for an update.

Work commences on patch 1.13. We will not be providing any information on when the patch will be available, except that we expect the PTR to be available "soon". We Will Provide some amount of warning very, very shortly before the PTRs become available. Please keep in mind that any number of factors could delay the start of the PTR and ultimate release of the patch. Thanks for being patient, we're getting close now.

Unfortunately, like Bornakk early to provide an exact date when we can expect the patch. The PTR ("Public Test Realm"), however, will "soon" online. In addition, it will be VERY shortly before the start, an announcement.

So you should follow closely the next few days the news, if you do not want to miss the start.
